1.3 We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. ORDER POLICY
2.1 All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
2.2 All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
2.4 If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date or offer a refund.
3. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
3.1 We do not accept returns or offer refunds on purchased accessories. Please ensure you select the correct item before completing your purchase.
3.2 If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within five (5) business days of receiving your order at contact@theoriginalfacetherapy.com
3.3 You must provide clear photos of the defective product for review. If approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
3.4 We cover shipping costs for defective exchanges. However, we do not cover return shipping for any other reason.
4. SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping (USPS)
4.1 We currently only ship within the United States using USPS.
4.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
4.3 Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days from the order date.
4.4 Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
4.5 USPS is our primary shipping carrier, and tracking information will be provided for all orders.
4.6 Once an order has been shipped, The Original Face By Sylvia Bala is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
4.7 Shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers are beyond our control and do not warrant refunds or compensation.
4.8 If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS with your tracking number. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for stolen packages.
4.9 The buyer assumes full responsibility for tracking their package and ensuring it is received.
4.10 We do not ship to PO Boxes.
4.11 If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
5. PAYMENT POLICY
5.1 We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards.
5.2 We do not accept personal or certified checks, money orders, or other unapproved payment methods.
5.3 All transactions are processed securely. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
