Kinesiology tapes
Kinesiology tapes specially designed for use on the face. Tailored applications provide lymphatic drainage or muscular relaxation support, offering both therapeutic and aesthetic benefits.
* For best results, perform a facial muscle massage before applying the tape.
How to Use Kinesiology Tape
- Cut the tape to the desired length and shape. The tape is elastic only in the vertical direction, so it should be cut lengthwise.
- Carefully remove the backing paper by tearing it in half. Start by peeling off the paper from the base to prevent the tape from sticking to itself. Avoid removing the entire backing at once, as this may cause it to fold and adhere incorrectly.
- Thoroughly cleanse and dry the skin before application. For individuals with hair in the application area, shaving may improve adhesion.
- After applying the tape, rub it gently with hands to activate the adhesive layer.
How to Remove the Tape
- Apply oil (jojoba, grapeseed, avocado, coconut, or olive oil) to the taped area and let sit for 2-3 min.
- Slowly peel the tape in a rolling motion, holding down the skin with your other hand to prevent irritation. Avoid pulling it off abruptly.
- If needed, cleanse the area with oil and soap, then rinse off any residue.
Precautions
If you experience discomfort, itching, or hives, discontinue use and remove the tape. It is recommended to perform a patch test by applying a small piece of tape to the inner side of the arm for 2-3 hours before full use.

- Active skin conditions (eczema, bacterial infections, flat warts, etc.)
